Exchange & Return Policy – Royal Hype
At Royal Hype, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Exchanges Only (No Refunds):
We offer exchange only for the following issues:
Defective or damaged products
Missing items
Incorrect size received
Conditions for Exchange:
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
A complete and uncut video of unboxing or parcel opening is mandatory as proof.
The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Once our team reviews and approves the video, the exchange process will be initiated.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Products without valid unboxing/opening video.
Items that have been worn, damaged by the user, or returned without packaging.
Requests made after the 48-hour window.
Note:
Royal Hype reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the required conditions are not met. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
